I am a simple, nature-loving, mother of two, who have lived life cross-culturally for the past 15 years.
I enjoy painting, dancing, picking wildflowers, going to the stunning Norfolk seaside, and film photography.
I was personally in a deeply broken place over a decade ago, until I found the ultimate love and acceptance and meaning of life in Jesus. Since then I have been on a mission to come alongside people who might be hurting, to help them find hope, peace and freedom. I am very comfortable working with people of all kinds of faiths or no faith at all.
Being an integrative arts psychotherapist is a ‘dream’ that I never knew I had. The past ten years of being able to see people find healing, purpose, joy, restoration, and reconciliation with oneself, has been nothing short of a life-changing journey.

“There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace…
He has made everything beautiful in its time.” – Ecclesiastes 3
