How do I begin the process?

Send me an email or submit an enquiry form through this website. Then we will book in a consultation session which is £40 and lasts for 50 mins. (I can offer a free 10-15 mins call prior to the consultation if that’s helpful).

How often do sessions take place?

Sessions (50 mins) normally take place once a week. Although it can be more or less frequent if we both agree on it. I usually work in a open-ended way which means that together we decide how many sessions we go for and when to end. This is often something that requires on-going checking-in. One example is starting off with 8-12 sessions and then discuss as the time is nearing the end, whether we would like to continue with more work. Either party can terminate the contract with at least two weeks’ advance notice.

Do you offer a sliding scale or discount rate?

Yes. Please get in touch if you are a student counsellor or trainee, or you are in difficult financial circumstances. We can come up with a plan together.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes, I offer online sessions to clients all over the UK. But equally you’d also be very welcome to come to my garden studio office in central Norfolk for face to face sessions if that’s accessible to you.

What languages do you offer therapy in?

My most preferred language is English, but I am also competent in offering sessions in Cantonese and Mandarin.
