Contract

A brief look at the working contract:

Here is a list of things that are clearly stated in the therapeutic working contract, and it will be discussed in the initial consultation session.

Confidentiality

What you share or bring to the sessions remains strictly confidential.

Honesty & Acceptance

I encourage full honesty and openness from you in all sessions, with the assurance that I am here to listen to, accept and be with you. However, I respect your autonomy fully and you will never be forced to go beyond what you feel you are able to share. 

Boundaries

Break times or changes of times / dates must be discussed in advance.
I endeavour to provide for you a safe, relaxed, open and secure atmosphere.

Possible aims for our work together

Please indicate some present issues / areas of exploration / desired goals that you want to work on.

Acknowledging diversity

Any concerns or uncertainties about cultural, ethnical, religious or any other sorts of differences could be voiced and discussed openly.

Right to refuse / terminate

You have the right to refuse to take any suggestions that I make. Should one of us decide to terminate the therapy, it will have to be discussed at least 1 week in advance.
